Microinteractions for Engaging E-Learning?
Hi Phil, So using gifs as a background that have a trigger on-click to show new info like this one: Welcome to Futuro are not really considered microinteractions, faux microinteractions?
I would loooooove to see a course or a webinar that explains how Welcome to Futuro was created. Or maybe a microlearning module for each panel? This one definitely had me think "omg how'd they do that" a lot!

Hi Matthew, I really like that module too, it's super creative. The author is AllisonLaMotte I don't know if she has created a webinar. Here is a brief overview of components/elements used: Rise, Storyline, Rise blocks and gifs. Rise-Lesson-and-Block-Types
You can use 'Dev tools' on chrome to find out which Rise blocks are used. Image attached.
The author also wrote an article re: creating gifs using storyline. how-to-make-animated-gifs
There are many programs (free and paid) that you can use to create gifs, from easy to advanced; my go-to is Adobe Photoshop, other people swear by other programs.
