Microsoft Edge "Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents" causing issues to courseware.
We ran into the a similar issue of multiple users not being able to read text within the matching block in Articulate Rise. It appears that the users are utilizing some sort of Dark Mode (see the screenshot). Note that they can see that there is text if they try to highlight it.
Maria, have you encountered other reports of problems with knowledge checks not displaying correctly when Dark Mode is utilized?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
We're not seeing this issue being frequently reported by our other users so there's a chance that the behavior might be isolated. I recommend opening a case with our support team here so we can test your Rise 360 course to better understand what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting!
