Missing Feedback Comments from Reviewer

Hi All,

I know there are several threads on this topic now, but this issue is still happening.

I've just had a reviewer leave 10-12 comments on a new project, and none of the comments posted or triggered an email to me (my settings are such I get an email for each one).

This appears to happen if they access the link that I generate to share via my own email.

If they access via the Articulate generated link (on this occasion) the comments do seem to work.

Please can this glitch be fixed. It has been happening for a long time now, and I need the functionality of sharing the link as I often have to send multiple prompt emails to get my stakeholders to review the projects.
