Missing Fonts (according to Storyline) but Fonts Exist in System

Can you let me know if you're seeing this error on new files in Storyline or files that had previously given you the error? Also, have you confirmed that those files are truly installed on the system?

This happened for an old story file. And only one of the two fonts
mentioned in the error is not installed.
