Yes, the developer was contacted but he said all his work was saved on his work lap-top which he has returned to the Agency (as his contract ended). So, he couldn't provide any Articulate SL360 Project Source Files as he claims he doesn't have them.

Hi RoshniDevi-d6b3 your only option is the agency. If the contractor didn't save them in any cloud, or your company didn't receive any author files for your own storage, it sounds like they are gone unless the agency still has them on the laptop. You might have to accept that they are gone and start making plans for how to handle future updates.
