Missing States tab

Help!  I'm missing the STATES tab.  I first noticed this after I viewed a demo from the community (not sure if this relavent). It occurs on old and new projects. Any ideas how I get it back??

Hi Lisa,

You do have the States tab, I circled it in orange below: 

Once you click there you'll be able to add a state to the object you've selected on the slide.
