Mix time extends beyond length of video and not adjusting automatically
I am using replay for the first time and have uploaded a video plus a couple of slides and some audio. I have been able to split and delete the video but after creating a second version (I published v1) the mix length extends beyond the video length by over a minute. If I move the video, the mix length automatically goes longer BUT I deleted another section and cannot make the mix length shorter.
How can I fix this?
Thanks
Pete

Hi Pete,
Great question! I understand the media mix bar in your project is longer than the actual media and you can't shorten it. I’m happy to work with you to figure out you can't shorten your media mix bar in Relpay 360! I have a couple of follow-up questions regarding the situation so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
- Which version of Replay 360 are you using? I am using Replay version 2.23.24149.0.
- Does the extended media mix affect the published output? If not, is it possible to complete your project before you start trying my recommendations below?
After testing a similar file I built, I wasn't able to reproduce the behavior you are experiencing. I’ve attached the below. The media mix bar is acting as it should when I edited the media. Do you mind opening it in Replay 360 on your end to see if you notice the same behavior?
This may be an instance where Replay 360 is acting erratically. Here is an article on how to fix erratic behavior.
Thanks for reaching out and I look forward to your response!

Hi John
Thanks for reaching out. Your file worked fine.
I was saving mine to a network not my local drive, so perhaps that caused the issue.
After trying for a while over a couple of days, I gave up and just recreated the project and it worked fine.
