Mobile version that is different from desktop version (device responsive)?
That's exactly what I was hoping I could do Tom. Thanks for looking for an example. I'm looking through the code in my published files and just not savvy enough to do it myself. It'd be so cool if I could make this work!!
I'll be interested to see what Tom has, but test this out in the meantime. http://andersonelearning.com/demo/Detect_Mobile_Device/story.html

Hi Michael. I had lost track of this idea, but was thinking about it again last week for a new project. I borrowed your variables, triggers, and java script and it worked in my project!! I am so excited to use this to design a more responsive experience. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity!

Hi Kerri, I am interested in this thread as well.
I know this thread is awhile ago, but I was wondering if you are able to share more details on how the codes work for you?
Did you create 2 versions of Storyline and the LMS is able to detect the which device they use and launch the appropriate version?
Your advice would be very helpful! thank you so much!- MathNotermans-910 months agoCommunity Member
I used this approach and created 3 versions. A start version, with a bitly url and qr-code. There the user(s) can choose... url for desktop and qr-code for mobile. Then they jump to the appropriate version.
