Mobile view - black space on top and bottom of presentation

I'm wondering if anyone has a quick fix to help solve my problem. I've published my storyline file from Storyline 3 to both wordpress and Moodle and while there is no issue viewing on...
Hm, to me this looks like a typical course with dimensions like 16:9 viewed on a screen in portrait mode. When you turn the phone to landscape, does the course content then fill most of the screen? Does this only happen when you view the content from an LMS link?
