We're happy to help! We've made changes to the mobile view over the last three years, so we'll want to start troubleshooting from the beginning.
- Do you see this issue with every course when viewing in mobile view?
- Which version of Storyline are you using?
- Which mobile device are you using?

Update 7: 3.7.20003.0.
I using iPhone 8 for testing. But Android phone also with this problem.
Attached please find the screen cap of another problem. Subtitle is out of
the courseware when using mobile to view.
