Modules not launching

Hello,

We've got a few modules built in Storyline 360, which were working when first loaded to our LMS. Some colleagues are now getting an error message when they try to access them (screenshot attached). They all have different settings for publish and we can't see anything that that they have in common other than Articulate.

They work fine on Chrome and Android 9 upwards, but won't work on Android 8 or the Soti Surf browser.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, was the problem with the module itself or the hardware used to access it?

    Hello Nicola,

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your published courses.

    The mobile browsers we support for Storyline 360 are:

    • Safari in Apple iOS 12 or later
    • Google Chrome (latest version) in Apple iOS 12 or later
    • Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 6 or later

    So, the Soti Surf Browser is not a supported viewing environment. Do you know what browser the Android 8 users are accessing the course with?
