Moodle Storyline articulate 360
I would like to upload my storyline file to moodle and create a link from it that can be used to open the file directly, I would be happy if someone could help me

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are working on. You'd want to publish your course for LMS distribution to upload the content to Moodle.
