Morph Transition in Articulate Presenter

In my PowerPoint presentation all of my slides transition to the next slide with the Morph transition. When I publish the course with Articulate Presenter the transitions aren't there. The slides transition as if none were selected. Is this a known issue? If so, is there a prediction for when it will be corrected?
