Motion Path Not Resuming State

I am running into 2 issues with the cityscape interaction:

1. After the user clicks into an activity button, the cityscape does not resume the saved state where user initially left off. The city places you at the hospital every time regardless of what activity button (i.e Pharamacy, house, etc.) you select. 

2. The other issue I am having is I want the car right button arrow to disable when the car intersects the transparent end object. The beginning trigger works appropriately and disables the left button, I am having issues disabling the right button arrow when it reaches the end object.
