Mouse cursor capture is incorrect in Replay

Hi, When I record my screen using Articulate Reply the mouse cursor seems to be off. When I play back the video, I see the cursor is not where I placed it during the recording. Can you please help...

Hello Shah,

Thanks for taking the time to share what you're seeing! I'm sorry you ran into this.

We have an open issue in Replay 360 where the recording shows the mouse cursor in the wrong location. Specifically, when recording at a high resolution. 

For now, one workaround is to set the scaling percentage to 100% in Display settings in Windows and then rerecord.

For my specific device which is a Microsoft Surface laptop, the recommended resolution is 150% (please see attached screenshot). Although using 100% is a workaround for the Replay360 issue, using 100% is not ideal for me as it makes everything on my screen really small and difficult to read. Will you release an update so I can use the screen recorder in Replay360 at 150%?
