Mouse Cursor in new Storyline UPdate
I am also having this issue. I am using Windows 10. This occurred after reinstalling Articulate. I have checked my Windows settings, and all seem fine. This is only happening in Articulate. Any other suggestions?
Hi ChaleaHernandez,
Thanks for reaching out!
I have a few questions to help me better understand the issue.
- Does the mouse cursor you see look the same as the image MaryBeth attached? If not, can you please include a screenshot of what you're seeing?
- Is this is happening in a brand new course, or just one?
- Does this happen in Storyline 360, Rise 360, or both?
- If you try changing the cursor style, does that make a difference?
We'll be on the lookout for your reply! If you prefer to troubleshoot privately, you're welcome to submit a support case with our team.

Hi carlos_gtandem! Thank you for providing a screenshot! I'd recommend starting out by repairing Storyline 360 to see if that makes a difference!
If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind providing a bit more information?
It would be helpful to know the following:
- Are you seeing this behavior only in Storyline, like the previous users mentioned?
- Does this only happen when working on a single project file, or on all of them?
Please keep us updated!
