MOV video file is rotating when opened in Replay 360

This happens to my video too [in Replay 360].

And when I open the original video (shot in vertical) in Rise or Storyline, the video is not rotated, but  stretched. In SL I can at least resize the video, but I want to add the video to a Rise course, so I can't resize the video (to my knowledge).

I'm adding the video to a Process block so I can show the stages of putting on and taking off PPE. Unfortunately it looks like I won't be able to use the video as it stands because there is no option for vertical video.
