Moving a module

As an organisation, we have two seats: an Admin seat and a seat where colleagues build modules. Once these are ready, we would like to transfer these modules to the Admin seat. This way, we don't run...

Are you referring to Rise 360 content? If so, the original author of that content can send copies of the courses to an Admin's Articulate ID. However, that Admin must also occupy a Creator seat in order to view or edit those courses.

Also, can you clarify what you meant by "modules being accidentally deleted when another colleague uses this seat" ? Rise 360 content remains tied to the author's Articulate ID unless they choose to delete the content from their dashboard or transfer ownership. If you're referring to an Admin managing Creator seats, the Admin can elect a new Articulate ID to inherit content from the previous occupant of a Creator seat.
