Moving Rise Start button from top of page to different location

Is it possible to move the Start button for a Rise course to the end of 'Describe your course content....' text?
There is text relating to accessibility and videos that users need to read be...
Thank for this. When eliminating the introductory text will the main menu also disappear? (Not the sidebar)
