Moving rollover issue in multiple choice questions (Storyline)

I had a similar issue - new to Storyline and learning the ropes. Figured out that the question slides were created with a 'foreign' text box dragged in. I created a duplicate slide and in my case selected the M/C template, populated the form, and no problems.
