MP4 and captions

Hi I have published my work, with a video with audio, as mp4. My work has closed captions included and I see them correctly in Preview mode. When I publish my file to Video, the closed captions do ...

there should be an associated VTT or SRT file produced when you publish the video. This will display your captions.

    Hi Phil

    Thank you, but I don't want to have "external" captions, I want the internal ones that I see in preview mode in storylines, arranged correctly as I created them. I don't want to upload the vtt file to an external app. I attach what I would like to see. Thanks
