MP4 and captions
Of course, I understand that this is a solution and I know how and where to upload the VTT file that you create together with the mp4 file. However, it is very strange and unpleasant that everything that is previewed in storyline is not played in the output mp4.

You're welcome, Giovanni. Just to clarify, this is not a solution but rather the default behavior in Storyline, where the .vtt file is auto-generated and doesn't need to be uploaded. The reason we don't see the captions the same way they appear in the Preview or other Storyline published outputs is that closed captions (CC) are user-controlled and can be turned on or off at any time. However, when published to a video container, these options are no longer available and are no longer user-controlled. At that point, Storyline is no longer responsible for handling the closed captions; instead, the video player manages them.
