MP4 output always show a blank white frame ...

Hi Whenever, i published the storyline output as MP4 video the first frame always having a blank white frame, but its not showing the slide image for the first slide? Is this bug in MP4 publishing...

Are you comfortable sharing your file or screen recording with our team so we can take a closer look at what you're seeing? YOu can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!

Hi Kelly,

Thank you for your response and assistance. I wanted to inform you that I've just submitted a support case with the case number 03820179, providing further details and the necessary files for the team to investigate the issue with the first frame when publishing as MP4 in Storyline 360.

I will be sure to report back to this discussion with any updates or solutions that arise from the support case.
