MP4 Video Error
I am trying to upload a video (MP4 file) on to Rise. However, I keep getting "Error" from Rise when I attempt to upload it with no further information on said "Error". Any help or suggestions would...
I think the file is too large: 6,481,857 KB.
What would be the solution for this?

The maximum filesize for videos in Rise 360 is 5 GB. You'll need to reduce the size of your upload by either scaling down the resolution or splitting your video into segments. Try uploading a file that is smaller than 5 GB and let me know if this works for you!
You can download a tool called Handbrake to reduce the size of your video. Here's a handy Youtube tutorial video if you're interested in checking this out.
