MP4 Videos will not upload to Rise.

I have a handful of MP4 video files - all under the max limit of 5GB - that will not load to Rise. They start to upload, and after about 10-15 minutes of spinning I get an "error" message in a red circle. The video are all around 1 hour long and about 1-2 GB. I have tried different browsers, re-downloading the video, incognito, and clearing my cache. 

Any other suggestions? My internet connection is strong.

    Same! Was just searching this issue. With mine, the loading circle completes, and the video never actually downloads. I waited hours both yesterday and today for these videos to load.
