MS Edge Not Showing Full Resources

I have a course with five documents in the Resources tab. MS edge is only showing four of them. 

All five resources appear in Google Chrome.

Is there a cap in MS Edge? Is there a way to set this in Storyline 360?

    Hi Christopher, 

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag!

    I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Are you able to observe the behavior regardless of which Player style your course uses?
    • Have you tried switching between the Classic and Modern player to see if this helps?
    • Is the zoom level of your Microsoft Edge browser set to the default level of 100%? If not, press Ctrl + 0 on your keyboard to reset the zoom level back to its default level. 
    • Do you have all available Microsoft Windows updates installed on your machine? 

    If would also help if we could have a copy of your file for testing. Would you be willing to share a copy of your file with us here or in a support case?
