I recently had a similar requirement. Based on the answer to the first question, the user will be directed to 2 different paths with subsequent questions. Here, I selected the multiple choice question with radio button. I selected the score by choice option that allowed me to choose a specific path. I disabled the feedback option to avoid confusions. You could create layers to provide feedback based on the solution.
However, it looks like, you are not creating a graded quiz. You can select the survey question option for your requirement.
