I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are all videos affected, or just a select few?
- Have you tried repairing Replay 360 to see if this helps?
- Have you tried re-encoding your videos using a different video profile in Handbrake?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of the affected video file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Yes to question 1 and 3. Not sure how to repair. Can you explain that process.
