Multiple slides in one frame

Hello,

I would like to arrange 5 different slides/layers/groups in a way that I can show them one by one as a result of user interaction with chevrons (1&2).

It starts with gA, then user clicks chevron1 and gB appears, then user clicks chevron1 and gC appears, then user clicks chevron1 and gD appears, then user clicks chevron1 and gE appears. User can go back on any of these by clicking chevron 2 and see the previous ones, but the starting point for user is always gA.

I would like these to replace one another when user clicks the chevrons.

This can be done as different layers or the way I have set them up in the file attached below.

Please advise.

  • I think it can be done the way you have it set up, but will take a lot of work. Using layers is a much easier. In the sample, I set up only three layers, but you can see how it can be done.

Hi Wesley Moir, this can be done by using motion path animation for each group. What I did here is that I ungrouped all the objects and then placed the individual objects into the corresponding rounded rectangle states. Then I moved them into the layers and I made sure they are in the right order. Then add motion path on timeline starts to the specific object and set its desired location. The animation I used here has a carousel-like appearance.

Please review the attached SL file. Let me know if you need any help on this.
