My AI generator isn't loading for Storyline
I see the AI Assistant in the corner of Slide View and Story View. It lists several options including Generate Image, Generate quiz, etc. However, when I click them I just see a blank white lightbox. I've tried updating, loading different projects, and creating a new project with the same issue.
Is this because the trial is over and now I have to start paying for it? Or perhaps my admin disabled it?

Chances are your trial to Articulate AI has expired, but the alert message should definitely not be a plain white box. Please try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to fix this, and let me know if you see the correct messaging afterward.
It's probably got something to do with the trail expiring, as others have suggested, but if your admin has updated your security profile, the firewall, etc., it could be affecting it as well.
For example: I'll periodically have to re-submit internet filter exceptions for the sites Articulate uses in the content library (i.e., images) when IT updates the firewall. And an increasing number of companies will just completely block all sites with anything involving AI (I had to get specific exceptions for those, too).
If your trial is still active and a repair doesn't fix it, I'd contact your admin.
