My Layers are not Showing in Preview?

Unfortunately I'm still using version 2 of Storyline so I can't open your file. Could you post a screenshot of the base layer including the trigger panel, and then a screenshot of the brain layer and the heart layer? I'm wondering if in one of the layer properties you have "Hide other layers" checked...
