My Layers are not Showing in Preview?

My layers stopped showing up. I see it when I develop, but not when I preview the slide.

I would say go into your icon states and put the rectangle there under the icon, if needed. But it does look like maybe you have a background on your sublayers? Can I see the timeline on one of your sublayers, so I can see what all is on there?
