My Layers are not Showing in Preview?

My layers stopped showing up. I see it when I develop, but not when I preview the slide.
I thought I may have checked a box somewhere, so I created a new slide with a ...
The only background for the sublayers is the base layer. I think I will have t fiddle with those icons some more. I usually put the rectangle behind the icon and have it colored in, so maybe I'm gumming up the works.
