My Layers are not Showing in Preview?

My layers stopped showing up. I see it when I develop, but not when I preview the slide.
I thought I may have checked a box somewhere, so I created a new slide with a ...
I've created several layers on a slide and added triggers for each layer to show up at a specific point in the timeline. This isn't working right in development and isn't showing up in preview. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, since I'm a newbie... just can't seem to figure out what it is.
I would appreciate any help!
layer have an independent timeline, so you have to start with 0 seconds
