The list is long, but you've covered all good stuff.
For me, I would be grateful to be able to set my font size, alignment and line spacing across all blocks in the settings at the course level, rather than the block level. This wastes so much of our team's time.
Agreed, being able to copy blocks into other courses or even lessons would save so much time. Using the block templates feature to do this is slow and clunky.
Something else I'd really like is a scoring activity, where learners can practice assessing things.
The good folks at Maestro https://maestrolearning.com/mighty/ are constantly working on enhancing the functionality of Rise. They seem very responsive and innovative. But can't control the system level changes that Rise needs to up their A game.

I’ve logged your requests with our team for course-level typography controls, the ability to quickly copy blocks between lessons and courses, and a new scoring activity block. These would definitely help save time and expand what’s possible in Rise, and your input helps us see how valuable they’d be for course authors.
We’ll be sure to let you know if these enhancements are added to Rise in the future.
