Navigation between Courses
Hi there, I've only been using Rise for 3 months, so there's a lot I have to learn, and apologies if this is a very straightforward query. I would like to know if it is good practice to use multiple courses as navigation routes.
I've been building modules as part of a course, but they have to be available in 2 languages, so I decided to create an initial module with a starting screen where users choose their preferred language by clicking a button.
Button A takes them to the next screen where there is a button for each learning module in one language. Selecting any of these buttons takes the user to a separate course for each module in that language. Button B takes the user to another screen in the original module which has the same array of buttons to open each course in the second language. The complication is that in the initial module, unless I turn off navigation users could find themselves in the other language's module choice screen.
I'd like to create a course which only has the initial language choice, and each list of modules in that language is in another course, and then each button in that course takes them to the individual learning courses. My concern is that that is a lot of navigation. As I'm new to Rise I'd love confirmation that this is ok, or suggestions for an alternative. Many thanks for any help.
