Needing Help with Editing a downloaded template

Hello! I just downloaded a few templates I was going to use but I have been away from Storyline for quite a bit - and I cannot seem to figure out how to edit the already established verbiage within the slides. For instance, I attached an image that shows three cards. I was able to edit the front of the card (yes, I know simple :) ) However, I am not able to figure out how to edit the back of the cards.  Any ideas on how to edit these sort of slides? I'm sure I need to go to a certain area - but I am at a total loss. Appreciate any help you can offer! :)
