New in Articulate Review: Folders
Breaking news! There’s a handy new feature in Articulate Review that makes it a cinch to organize your e-learning content: folders.
Create content, publish to Articulate 360, and then use folders to easily keep track of all your projects. Here’s how folders work:
Enjoy!
Hi, everyone!
I have some great news to share!
We’ve just released an update for Review 360 which includes cool new features:
New: Create shared team folders in Review 360 to organize your content, assign permissions, and invite collaborators. You can even allow multiple authors to publish new versions of a course to the same Review 360 project.
And because Review 360 is a web app, there's nothing to install! New features and fixes are available immediately.
Please let us know if you have any questions by reaching out to our Support Engineers directly.
Have a great day!

Please implement Phil's suggestion - not only here but across the board in Rise. Rise will have the best user experience when it's designed the same way that we've been using folders for our desktop and nearly every other application. When something's moved to a folder, that's where it should show up.
With that, very thankful for the new features! Keep up the good work - the constant improvement is very much appreciated!

This is great! But I agree with the comments above, too many clicks to put each course into a folder and no indication if a certain course is already in a folder. Also, it would be nice to select several courses and move them all to a folder at once. Is that something that we could see in the future? I was really looking forward to be able to move them to folders but I have too many courses to move them one by one.

Finally. I just wish there was an option to place a new course into a folder when publishing.
Hi all,
Thanks for sharing your initial insights on the Folder feature released to Review (similar to what's in Rise already). I'll share the details and comments with our team as we continue to develop other features and improvements for existing functions!

Is it possible to share a folder?

This is what I was hoping for! One link and all content in the folder would be available for viewing.
Hi Jeff, Sharing a folder in Review isn't an option, but it's definitely an idea I can share with my team! Thanks, for reaching out.

Yes, this is huge. We often have multiple related courses we want reviewed and to be able just send them to a folder would be fab.
Makes a lot of sense for that setup, Curtis! I'll share this with my team and we'll let you know here if that feature is released.

I want to add my thank you to the Articulate team for another great addition!
A hat tip to Phil and Jackie for mentioning a user defined default view with folders and an indicator on each icon as to it's folder assignment (or lack of one).
Could we consider having child folders added in as well? I know many of us have alternate or historical versions of courses, and I personally would like to show the current version in a parent folder, older versions in a child folder.
How about a multi-select tool or click and drop feature to allow for mass sorting and filing?
I love the idea of publishing to a folder! If possible, could we have the choice to force our peek videos into a folder? Would be nice to keep those separate from my courses.
Thanks again!

All great ideas, Phil! I could see all of the features mentioned in this thread coming together to create an indispensable organizational tool.
