New in Review 360: Request Review
Are you sick of chasing down stakeholders to get them to review your courses? If so, you’re going to love being able to request and track reviews directly in Review 360. This handy new option will you save time—and headaches—by eliminating the need for endless back and forth with your stakeholders about where they’re at in the feedback process.
Here’s how it works: When you open a course in Review 360, you’ll see an all-new Review Request button.
Once you’ve selected that button, simply add stakeholder email addresses, share any additional information they might need, choose a due date, and hit Send Request.
From there, Review 360 saves you time by taking over the notification process. It will email reviewers about your project right away. And if you add a due date, it’ll automatically send reminder nudges to your reviewers just before, on, and after that date if they haven’t finished looking over your course.
And that’s not all! You and your stakeholders can now easily see where everyone is in the review process right within Review 360 thanks to the status labels that appear next to each reviewer’s name.
So you won’t need to email stakeholders to check up on them because you’ll already know what’s going on.
If you’re an Articulate 360 subscriber, you can access this new feature immediately in Review 360. And if you don’t have Articulate 360 but want to try out this feature, you can start a free 30-day trial. For more detailed information about this feature, check out this helpful article: Review 360: Request Review.
So let us know what you think of this new Review 360 feature in the comments below.
The Review 360 Team
Hi, everyone!
On behalf of the Review 360 Team, I'd like to thank you all for the valuable feedback. Your suggestions through the beta program guided us to develop additional features, such as:
- Allowing stakeholders to reset their status after completing a review for more flexibility.
- Sending a request to multiple reviewers simultaneously by copying and pasting their email addresses in bulk.
- Boosting the engagement in review request messages with a new text-formatting toolbar.
Request review is no longer in beta, but we're continuing to gather feedback and enhance the feature. You can still share your ideas through this discussion or the in-app "Share You Feedback" link.

If there is a password, is that shared also? Would be nice to have that included in the notification email.
Hi Rebecca - great question! The Requester has the ability to share a custom message with their Reviewer(s). The password can be included there and will be displayed in the email the Reviewer receives.

It shouldn't have to be put into the message. It should be automatic or at least the option to add it to the message.

@Rebecca, that is a great suggestion! Usually, I sent out an email with the link and password so having that automated in the notification email will be ideal.

It would be good if you could add items to the message via checkboxes such as the password.

This!! ☝🏻 This would make this feature a lot better. Being able to automatically include the password. Saves you another minute on writing the mail.

But also the option to send via your own email. You should be able to press a button that populates your email or at least a button to copy the text

this is a great feature that was added. This will add peace of mind to what I am looking for.
The only question/feedback I can think of is if there is a way we can add a trigger in storyline 360 that would prompt the status of completed as well. Thoughts?

I love the concept with a few suggestions, several have already been mentioned. I would like to get an automatic email when the reviewer clicks the "I'm done" button. I second the comment about having an address book and the "done" option for non-seatholders.

I hate this button and really wish it would go away, or at least be hidden behind the menus at the top right. It is big and glary and no use to me, and distracts me from what I want to be focussing on, which is reviewing the file.

Great addition to Review 360! I would like to be able to add bulk emails (separated by comma) instead of entering each individual email, then clicking add.

(I see I'm repeating some previously mentioned ideas)
I'm testing it at the end of a project with main stakeholders needing to sign-off. Ideally I would be able to change the text 'Completed' to 'Final Sign-off'.
This would also be very useful for the whole project and so have two categories to use - review and then later activate for 'final sign-off'.
Also it would be great if it automatically (once switched on) adds reviewers names if they log in. Many of my reviewers are recommended by team leaders and the first I know is I get their review comments. (So it would also be like a log, and track how many people have viewed/reviewed it)
Another option - reviewer can immediately 'uncomplete', in case they press it by mistake (ie have a delay on it). Or use a second dialogue box 'You have completed your review?' Yes No

The feature looks great, However I have a concern about the security of the email server, if i send this through my work email i know it meets company security requirements, but if i send a request via a third party email server how secure is our intellectual property?

I have already started using this feature and it has saved me so much time with the back and forth emails. Our annual process for course review just became so much easier. Thank you for the time saving feature!
