New SL Build 3.73.29831.0 not allowing me to 'copy & paste' or 'duplicate' drag-and-drop slides.
Just an FYI -
I updated my version of SL today to build Build 3.72.29699.0. I was trying to copy and paste a freeform drag-and-drop slide and nothing was happening. I closed out, tried again, and still nothing. I went up to the HOME tab and selected "Duplicate" and then SL crashed.
I installed the previous version of SL (Build 3.72.29654.0) and tried again and it worked! I was able to copy and paste my slides.
I then reinstalled the newest build and still nothing happened and crashed again when trying to duplicate the slide.
All that to say - I'll be using the previous version of SL until I get all the drag-and-drop slides complete. :)

You are correct, going back to Update 72 will help avoid these issues while we work on a fix.We'll make sure to update this thread as soon as it is ready.
To add to the post, I'm using build 3.73.29831.0 and am facing the same issue. The freeform slides do not import into another story file, and neither can be pasted. If I copy/paste from the timeline then i need to redo all the triggers and positions too.
I'm seeing the same issue with a multiple choice question that I want to create variations of. Sounds like I have to roll back my version.

Good news! We just released an update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.73.29904.0), which fixes the issue where duplicating or importing question slides didn't work.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app to enjoy this Update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360.
