New Time update has messed my project up

In order to better assist, I have a few questions:
- What update of Storyline are you currently using? Originally, were you working with our latest update (Build 3.74.30180.0)?
- Are you experiencing this issue on all layers? I understand you said it didn't work on layers but wanted to confirm.
- Have you tried importing your project into a new .story file? I'd like to send along this article that walks through troubleshooting steps to fix unexpected or erratic behavior.
