No Audio when viewing courses on iPhone
I am transitioning my Storyline 360 courses to a Success Factors LMS. I am not getting any audio when I play the courses on my iPhone Success Factors APP. Is there box I am not clicking?

I'm happy to help you troubleshoot this issue. Here are my initial suggestions:
- Double-check that the audio toggle on the side of your iPhone is not set to mute.
- If possible to use Success Factors through a browser, test the course using Safari or Chrome on the iPhone.
- Rule out LMS issues by uploading the content to SCORM Cloud and testing it using the same device.
