No longer have original Storyline file - can I still share?

The image you attached just shows 3 files. I'm assuming you have the other files that were part of the published course.
Because there's a story_html5 file, the course might be able to play if you host the files on a web server and give people the story_html5 URL for launching. However, there could be issues if someone's browser detects Flash content.
If you can play the course on your PC by clicking story_html5, you could capture screenshots of the best slides/interactions and put those into Word or PowerPoint for showing as a sample. While that doesn't demo the actual user experience, the advantage of that approach is that you can showcase only the best slides (rather than expecting someone to step through an entire course).
