No Narration & Zoomed in

Hi!

I have audio attached to each slide that plays when I play the ppt, but when I publish no audio plays. 

I also have an issue that all the slides are zoomed in/formatted incorrectly. 

What am I doing wrong? I have saved to my local computer (instead of the server) and checked the player settings. Please help! Thanks!
