No Subscription Error
Getting a No Subscription message after being prompted to log into Storyline 360. Online features work and can still access Rise and other features, just cant use Storyline without getting the error ...

We’ve resolved the issue that was preventing Creators from signing in to the Articulate 360 desktop app. Everything should now be functioning normally, though we’re continuing to monitor performance to ensure stability.
