Not able to add particular Storyline course to Rise

I am trying to add a particular Storyline course to Rise but the program 'hangs' showing 'Processing course ...'. I can upload any other Storyline course without problems. I have tried re-uploading the course to Review without any luck. The course works fine on Review btw. I have also tried uploading the course to a different Rise-module with no luck either. 

I am working on PC and have tried via several browsers. 

Any help would be appreciated.

    I'm sorry you're having an issue with uploading your content to Rise 360! I saw you have opened a support case and are working with Eric on this. You are in good hands! If you have any further questions about this issue, respond to the case via email.
