Not able to get Quiz Score for Game Created in Storyline

I'm not able to get results for a quiz score using the template attached. I'm wondering if anyone is able to get this to work?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you not seeing the final slide with the scores, or are you asking about tracking\reporting with a Learning Management System?
I opened the .story file in Storyline 360, and it worked as expected in preview:
