Not able to publish Rise 360 courses

We have been experiencing issues publishing our Rise 360 courses for the past week. The courses are being published in LMS format using SCORM 2004, 2nd Edition.

Multiple people within the organisation, in different locations, just nothing happening
The solution in our company was: enabling some websockets which blocked the publishing of our rise courses.
