Not all effects availabel after exporting to SCORM 1.2

I'm an absolute beginner on Storyline 360.

I'm doing some testing at the moment and have the following issue:

In Storyline 360 I have a button that I use to show a hidden layer with a text box. Very basic and in Storyline 360, in the preview, it works as it should.

But when I export this to a SCORM 1.2 zip file and import the SCORM in our LMS (A Newspring) this function is missing in the result, which means the layer is displayed without firstly clicking the button.

My question: will I lose the layer functions when I export to SCORM 1.2? Is that standard behavior or am I doing something wrong here?

    Hello Michael!

    The behavior of layers and buttons should be the same in Storyline 360 and the published output. Have you tested your course in another LMS to see if the behavior is different when hosting the course in another LMS environment? I'd recommend testing your course in SCORM cloud.

    If the behavior is still the same in SCORM cloud, I'd recommend sharing your .story file with our Support Engineers in a support case so they can troubleshoot your file.
