Not connecting to storyline
I'm signed into the dashboard, but the desktop app won't connect. So I can't open Sto ryline. See screenshot. When I go to Diagnostics, it says it can't connect to API.
Hi Kathy! I experienced the same thing yesterday. I was able to fix it by signing out and signing back in using the dropdown next to my initials. Hopefully that works!
